What is your buyer protection guaranty?

What is your pricing policy?
We try to offer you the lowest price in market. We will match any published price (available to the general public) for the same product. This offer excludes product that may be out of stock by that retailer and if the retailer charges shipping on that item, it must be included in the pricing to establish the TRUE price difference if any.
Do you have whole sale?
As we offer absolutely the lowest price in market we receive every day many large quantity orders from all over the words. For bulk order please contact for special offer and to discuss shipping method and duty procedure.
What is your return policy?
Goods ordered in error by curomer, if returned in original package within 21 days at customer`s expense will be subject to % 25 restocking charged .
Goods shipped in error by us may be returned within 7 days from date received at our expense for full credit.
All returned merchandise must be of current production type and will be subjected to %25 restocking charge and charge for any labor parts beyond normal restocking to make merchandise saleable. Goods deemed non-saleable , which have been returned for reason other than our error, will receive no credit.
If you want to return a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, address, and order number. We will then email you a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returns without an R.A.# on the outside of the carton. Please print and fill out the Return and Exchange Form and include with shipment Please be certain that returned merchandise is in original condition and in its original carton. We cannot accept returns on gas masks. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund. Refunds to your credit card are made on the day after your return is processed, and refund checks are mailed within 2 weeks. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you were not charged shipping on your order, then you will be charged our normal shipping rate when we receive your return.

In Stock) usually ships the next business day from time of order. If you need any item urgently please let us know we will ship in a few hours. All other orders that we do not have in stock take 1-2 weeks to order from manufacturer. If your order from both in-stock and non-in-stock items; as time of shipping is different please enter 2 different order for every one.
We have 8 stocks in US. At most of time you receive your order in 2-3 bushiness days from day of order. Most customers are surprised how quickly received orders. Please see our feedbacks .
The shipping rate estimated by our system in exceptional cases could be different to real value. We will send an email to our customer to adjust the difference. If not accepted we keep the right, after crediting the payment, to cancel the order.
